How a visit goes
One groomer, one dog, start to finish, all inside your home. You're welcome to watch the whole time.

She brings the dryer, shampoos, towels and tools. All she needs from you is your bathtub and warm water.
Bath
A warm bath right in your own tub, with gentle shampoo and a thorough rinse. Skin, ears and paws get checked while they're wet.
Trim
A haircut in the style you ask for, plus nails, ears and a tidy. Short and practical, fluffy teddy, or a proper breed cut.
Shake & fluff
One big shake, then a towel and a low-heat fluff-dry so the coat comes out soft, light and tangle-free.
Home, happy
No pickup and no waiting room. Erica leaves your bathroom as she found it, and your dog is back on the couch the moment she packs up.
Priced by breed
Erica prices each groom by breed, hair type and size. Tell her who she's grooming and she'll email you a price.
Full groom
The whole works: bath, haircut and finish, styled the way you like.

What do you need from me?
Your bathtub, warm water, and a couple of minutes to tell Erica how you like your dog's coat. She brings everything else and leaves the bathroom as she found it.
How much does it cost?
Prices are based on breed, hair type and size. Fill in the quote form with your dog's breed and Erica will email you a price.
Can I watch?
Yes, you're welcome to watch the entire time. Plenty of owners like to, and it helps nervous dogs settle.
My dog is nervous or older. Is that OK?
Yes, and it's where in-home grooming shines. No car ride, no kennel and no other dogs, and Erica takes breaks whenever your dog needs one.
What if the coat is matted?
We always put comfort before length. Heavily matted coats may need a short clip to start fresh, and Erica will talk it through with you before she begins.

How do I pay?
At the end of the visit. Ask Erica which payment methods she takes when you book.
How often should my dog be groomed?
Every 4 to 8 weeks keeps most coats healthy. Regulars can book their next visit before Erica leaves so the slot is saved.
